RENTAL POLICY

Below is our rental policies for your better understanding on how to rent a luxury or exotic ride. For any additional questions regarding rentals please view our FAQ's page or call us directly at 866-751-8777.

Vegas Luxury Rides® reservations are time and date specific. Your rental period begins and ends upon the time and date entered on this reservation page. 15-minute grace period for rental returns before an additional minimum charge of $99.00 will be applied to your final charges.

Rental Requirements

25 years or older with proof of auto insurance from the states (USA)

25 years or older if you need insurance or your driver license is not from the United States

A Valid Driver’s License (USA, Canada, Mexico, International, etc.)

Major Credit or Debit Card used for reservation must be presented at time of rental.

Current Personal or Business Full Coverage Automotive Insurance.

USA Residents please provide a copy of your Insurance Card or Declaration Page

Non-USA Resident Drivers may purchase insurance coverage for an additional $149.00 US Dollars

Non-USA Resident Drivers must also provide a Valid Passport at time of rental

Rental Period

Vegas Luxury Rides® reservations are time and date specific.
Your rental period begins and ends upon the time and date stated on your rental confirmation. 15-minute grace period for rental returns before an additional minimum charge of $99.00 US Dollars will be applied to your final charges.

Cancellation Policy

4,6 and 12-Hour Rentals

If you need to cancel your 4, 6 or 12-Hour rental reservation, a credit refund will be less 50% and you must do so 3 days prior to your reservation date and time, or your charged amount will be given a 50 % in-house credit towards a future rental. (May not be used on holidays)

How To Cancel

Contact us via email or directly and receive a 5-digit cancellation confirmation number. You must receive a 5-digit cancellation confirmation number to ensure the proper refund(s) are applied to your account.

24-Hour Rentals and Multiple Day Rentals (any rental lasting 24-Hours or longer)

There is no cancellation of any kind allowed or permitted. 
No Refunds on 24-Hour or Multiple-Day Rentals.

Delivery

We can deliver the vehicle anywhere in the Las Vegas valley for your convenience. 
There is a minimum charge of $100.00 US Dollars (Includes Delivery and Pick-Up)

Additional Drivers

There is no charge for one additional driver with proof of US Domestic Full Coverage Auto Insurance. Valid Drivers License and Credit Card in the additional renters name must be presented at time of rental as well! Each additional driver is $99 or $149 with no insurance.

Driving Area Restrictions

We allow our luxury and exotic rentals to be driven up to 200 daily miles per 24-hour rental period within the state of Nevada. We do not allow our rentals to leave the state of Nevada... Crossing over the famous Hoover Dam and entering the state of Arizona to turn around is permitted. $3.50 per additional mile on exotic and luxury rentals.

Smoking Policy

We have a no-smoking policy for all our rentals. Any violation of this policy will result in additional charges, minimum of $499.00.
