Below is our rental policies for your better understanding on how to rent a luxury or exotic ride.

Vegas Luxury Rides’ reservations are time and date specific.
Your rental period begins and ends upon the time and date entered on this reservation page.
15-minute grace period for rental returns before an additional minimum charge of $99.00 will be applied to your final charges.

Rental Requirements
- A Valid Driver’s License (USA, Canada, Mexico, International, etc.)
- Major Credit or Debit Card used for reservation must be presented at time of rental.
- Current Personal or Business Full Coverage Automotive Insurance.                                                                                                                                                                          – USA Residents please provide a copy of your Insurance Card or Declaration Page
- Non-USA Resident Drivers may purchase insurance coverage for an additional $149.00 US Dollars
- Non-USA Resident Drivers must also provide a Valid Passport at time of rental

Rental Period
Vegas Luxury Rides’ reservations are time and date specific.

15-minute grace period for rental returns before an additional minimum charge of $99.00 US Dollars will
be applied to your final charges.

Cancellation policy
4,6,12 and 24-Hour Rentals

If you need to cancel your reservation your credit refund will be less 10% and you must do so 3 days prior to your reservation date and time, or your charged amount will be given a 50 % in-house credit towards a future rental. (May not be used on holidays)

Multiple-Day Rental (any rental lasting longer than a 24-Hour period)
There is no cancellation of any kind allowed or permitted.
No Refunds on multiple-day rentals.

How to Cancel

Delivery
We can deliver the vehicle anywhere in the Las Vegas valley for your convenience.
There is a minimum charge of $100.00 US Dollars (Includes Delivery and Pick-Up)

Additional Drivers
There is no charge for an additional driver if they meet the rental requirements

Driving Area Restrictions
We allow our luxury and exotic rentals to be driven 175 daily miles per 24-hour rental
period within a quad-state region including Nevada, California, Arizona and Utah.
$3.50 per additional mile on exotic and luxury rentals. .

Smoking Policy
We have a no-smoking policy for all our rentals.
Any violation of this policy will result in additional charges, minimum of $499.00.
